The problem
Plenty of local businesses — coaches, groomers, massage therapists — still have no website. They're ideal clients for a web studio, but finding them one by one on Google Maps and writing to each takes hours for a handful of leads.
How it runs
Business discovery
Searches specific Australian cities by category and keeps the businesses with no website, or only a basic one.
Data preparation
Extracts name, category and phone number, then cleans and normalises: duplicates, invalid numbers and closed businesses are dropped.
Personal SMS outreach
Each business gets a message with its own name and trade: “Hi! Saw One More Massage has no website. I build sites for local massage therapists — happy to chat if useful. Cheers, Robin.”
Reply management
Answers land in one inbox-style view. Each thread can be read, answered and tagged as an interested lead.
Analytics
Tracks response rate, interest, best-performing categories and cost per lead, and feeds that back into targeting.
